Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and services provided by Anastasiia Velegura (“Velegura”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a London-based wardrobe stylist, image maker, and costume designer.

By accessing this website or contacting Velegura for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Velegura provides professional styling and creative services, including but not limited to personal styling, editorial and commercial styling, red carpet and event looks, and styling for music videos, films, and other visual productions.

All services are provided on a project-by-project basis, subject to availability and mutual agreement.

2. Booking and Payment

Details regarding project scope, timelines, fees, and payment terms are agreed upon individually before the start of each project.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a prepayment or deposit may be required to confirm a booking. Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed schedule. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless stated otherwise in writing.

3. Cancellations and Changes

Clients are required to provide reasonable notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations may result in partial or full charges, depending on the stage of the project and expenses already incurred.

4. Intellectual Property

All creative work, concepts, styling ideas, and visual materials produced by Velegura remain her intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Velegura retains the right to use completed work for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes, and to credit herself for styling and creative direction where appropriate.

5. Portfolio and Publications

Velegura’s work has been published in international magazines including Vogue, ELLE, CAP 74024, Jetsetter, and others, and includes collaborations with global brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Diesel, Coca-Cola, OPPO, UNICEF, Gillette, and Kotex, as well as music videos for Stormzy and Eurovision winner Nemo.

Any references to past work are for informational and portfolio purposes only.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information and clear communication, respect agreed timelines and payment terms, and ensure proper permissions and usage rights for final materials where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Velegura is not liable for delays caused by third parties, outcomes beyond reasonable creative control, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of services.

All services are provided in good faith and to professional industry standards.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
